Boutique Assistant – Luxury RetailLocations: New York City, NY or Boston, MAPay: Approximately $23/hr

Schedule: Seasonal / temporary opportunity with weekend and holiday availability requiredWe are hiring Boutique Assistants to support Cartier, one of the world’s leading luxury jewelry and watch brands, during its busy seasonal period.This is a highly client-facing opportunity for someone who is polished, professional, and comfortable providing a white-glove luxury experience in a fast-paced boutique environment. This role is focused on supporting the overall client experience and boutique operations rather than carrying an individual sales quota.
ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients entering the boutique and provide a warm, elevated experience.Support the sales team with client flow and day-to-day boutique needs.Help manage waiting clients, appointments, and overall traffic during busy periods.Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service throughout the client visit.Assist with light boutique organization and operational support.Maintain a polished and professional environment consistent with a luxury brand.Partner closely with boutique leadership and sales associates.Provide additional support during high-volume holiday periods.
Ideal BackgroundPrevious experience in luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, high-end restaurants, hotels, fashion, beauty, jewelry, or other client-facing environments preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Polished, professional, warm, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of clientele.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.Reliable and flexible with scheduling.Comfortable working weekends and during peak holiday periods.Passion for luxury, fashion, hospitality, or providing exceptional client experiences. xzbcwsv This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience supporting an internationally recognized luxury brand while working in a sophisticated boutique environment.
