The primary focus for this position is to function as a compliance with customer services domain. The incumbent will monitor responses to assess agents demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.

Qualification / Experience:

• Graduate
• Aggregate scorecard for the last 06 months shouldn’t be less than “B Grade”
• Should not be on PIP
• MS Office and good Reporting Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Teamwork, Discipline, and Time Management
