Hiring | AVP – Operations (Garment Manufacturing)

Location: Odisha

CTC: Up to ₹70 LPA

A leading garment manufacturing organization is looking for an experienced AVP – Operations to lead and drive end-to-end manufacturing operations across large-scale apparel production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end factory operations including Production, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Planning, Compliance, and Maintenance.

Drive productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence across manufacturing units.

Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and customer compliance requirements.

Lead large cross-functional teams and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.

Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in Apparel/Garment Manufacturing Operations.

Proven leadership experience in large-scale woven and/or knit garment factories.

Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, and Quality Systems.

Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Experience handling large manpower strength and multiple production lines.
