Insurance Defense Associate | Washington, DC or Fairfax, VA (Hybrid) – Up to $200k

Duties and Responsibilities:Defend insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, and complex casualty matters.Manage litigation from discovery through depositions, motion practice, and trial.Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.Collaborate with clients and partners on defense strategy and resolution.Take meaningful ownership of cases with increasing responsibility and autonomy.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active DC or VA bar.3–7+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience.Strong writing and advocacy skills. xzbcwsv
