Telephone Account Manager - Public Sector
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £26,975.00 basic salary + Uncapped OTE of £44,922.00

At phs Group, our Telephone Account Managers play a key role in developing existing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customers receive the right solutions for their business needs.
What you'll be doing
As a Telephone Account Manager, you will: Contact existing business customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to grow their range of services with phs.
Manage customer accounts through inbound calls, emails and CRM updates.
Handle customer queries and cancellation requests, using effective questioning and problem-solving skills to retain valued business.
Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, taking a consultative approach to selling.
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
Promote contractual services across our Washroom, Healthcare, Floorcare and Air Care divisions.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Previous telesales or telephone-based sales experience.
Strong relationship-building and rapport-development skills.
Excellent listening and communication abilities.
A consultative sales approach with the ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Experience selling contractual services (desirable).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to successfully close sales.
A target-driven mindset with the motivation to exceed expectations.
