Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven B2C Field Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions to residential customers. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer meetings, site visits, proposal discussions, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires extensive field work and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate leads through field visits, door-to-door campaigns, references, and local marketing activities.

Identify potential residential customers for rooftop solar installations.

Educate customers about solar energy benefits, electricity bill savings, ROI, net metering, and government subsidy schemes.

Conduct customer meetings and preliminary site assessments.

Analyze electricity bills and recommend suitable solar system capacities.

explain quotations, proposals, and financing options.

Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and project execution.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and close sales opportunities.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain CRM records, daily visit reports, and sales pipeline updates.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
