Pay: $18.50 per hour Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager to oversee the operations of our home care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home community care and operations management, with a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia care. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Coordinate activities and programs that promote social engagement and personal development for residents.
• Maintain effective communication with families, staff, and external service providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
• Lead staff meetings to discuss resident progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
• Ensure the home environment is safe, clean, and conducive to the well-being of all residents.

• Proven experience in home community care or a similar role within a group home setting.
• Strong background in operations management, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of dementia care best practices is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple responsibilities.
• A nursing background or relevant certifications in health care management is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
