Scrum MasterMatlen Silver is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an infrastructure-focused technology team. We’re looking for a dedicated Scrum professional with active certifications, advanced Jira and JQL expertise, and hands-on experience using AI tools such as Copilot.The ideal candidate enjoys facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies, helping teams improve delivery, and staying current through continuing education and professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Support Program Increment (PI) planning and coordination.Create and maintain Jira dashboards to provide visibility into team progress, delivery metrics, and blockers.Write advanced Jira Query Language (JQL) queries to support tracking and reporting.Use AI tools such as Copilot to support day-to-day Scrum Master activities and improve workflows.Help the team identify impediments and drive continuous improvement.Maintain active certifications and stay informed about evolving Agile practices and tools.Required QualificationsStrong experience working as a dedicated Scrum Master.Active Scrum certification(s) and a commitment to ongoing professional development.Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting PI planning.Advanced Jira expertise, including creating dashboards.Expert proficiency in JQL.Practical experience using AI tools such as Copilot.Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting infrastructure-focused teams or technology infrastructure projects. xzbcwsv Experience creating reports and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
