We are looking for a result-oriented Online Bidder / Business Development Executive who can help enhance company revenue by generating and converting business opportunities through online bidding platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io etc. , along with strong proposal writing, client communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable projects, submitting compelling proposals, interacting with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful business deals.

• Handle online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io etc.
• Research and identify relevant projects matching the company's services.
• Prepare and submit professional business proposals, presentations, slides, and other client documents .
• Generate and qualify leads through online bidding platforms and social media.
• Communicate with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate with clients and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Generate new business for Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services .
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Use social media effectively to generate sales leads.
• Maintain proper records of bids, leads, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within defined timelines.
• Handle multiple opportunities while working under pressure and tight deadlines.

• 2–5 years of overall experience in Online Bidding / Business Development / IT Sales.
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven hands-on experience in online bidding .
• Strong working knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io or similar platforms.
• Experience in selling Web Development, Mobile Application Development, and Digital Marketing services .
• Excellent proposal drafting and presentation skills.
• Strong client interaction, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Ability to analyze business challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Strong lead-generation and business-development capabilities.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours whenever required.
