3D Designer - Event

Role Description The 3D Designer will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with event planners, creative leads, and production teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing 3D visualizations for event spaces, stages, booths, and installations based on briefs and brand guidelines. The role involves creating detailed 3D models, applying textures and lighting, and preparing renders and walkthroughs that clearly communicate design intent to internal teams and clients. The 3D Designer will refine concepts based on feedback, ensure designs are technically feasible for fabrication and on-ground execution, and maintain consistency across multiple event formats. Additionally, this role may support the creation of animations, graphic elements, and presentation materials that help showcase proposed experiences. Qualifications Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for environments, stages, and event installations. Proficiency in Lighting for 3D scenes, with an understanding of how light impacts mood and visibility in event spaces. Experience in Animation to create dynamic visualizations, walkthroughs, or motion content for event concepts. Capability in Graphic Design to develop supporting visuals such as signage, branding elements, and presentation assets. Hands-on expertise with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to read and interpret event briefs, floor plans, and technical specifications, collaborating effectively with production and fabrication teams. Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, or a related field; experience in event, exhibition, or experiential design is an advantage.
