To support the Digital Production Team, the full-time remote Email Production Specialist will coordinate and execute email campaigns for public media organizations, manage production timelines, and ensure effective email marketing execution. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the production and implementation of the MSB station e-solicitations program Align the Creative Team's deadlines with the email solicitation calendar and confirm asset delivery Monitor email delivery success metrics and manage email send scheduling within the Iterable platform Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email and web Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects Comfort with learning new software platforms quickly
