At Recover Pro Health & Wellness in Monroe Township, NJ, we're a growing, mostly cash based sports and rehab clinic. Chiropractic, PT, OT and exercise physiology work together under one roof, with a full gym and turf on site.
Our mission: take active people from pain to performance, without surgery and without insurance deciding their care.
We're the opposite of the 15 minute insurance mill. Every new patient gets an hour long, one on one evaluation, and you build the plan of care, not a payer.
Your caseloadActive adults who show up invested in getting better: lifters, runners, golfers, weekend warriors and busy professionals with back, neck and joint pain who want to avoid surgery and get back to training. Most are 30 to 60 and choose cash pay because they want the best care, not the cheapest.
The roleYou'll be responsible for:- Running hour long, one on one evaluations and writing the plan of care the same day- Treating with adjustments, soft tissue work and active rehab, and taking patients from pain into strength work- Running spinal decompression cases on our two DRX 9000 tables, and deciding who's a fit and who isn't- Turning evaluations into plans of care: showing patients why the plan matters and helping them commit. We train you on this- Giving every patient an experience worth a five star review- Moving patients who finish care into our membership so they stay strong- Helping with marketing: shooting content for our ads, plus community and athletic events
KPIs you own- A full schedule of active, mostly cash pay patients- Owning our spine and decompression caseload- 40% or more of evaluations start a plan of care- 3 new Google reviews a month- Patients who finish care moving into membership
Requirements- Active New Jersey chiropractic license, DC from a CCE accredited program- A real rehab background: exercise and progressive loading are how you treat, not an add on- You train yourself. xzbcwsv Lifting, running or a sport is part of your life- ART, Graston, FMS, SFMA, McKenzie or CSCS a plus- Comfortable talking with patients about cost, value and commitment to care- Comfortable on camera- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail- Works with urgency on patient care and on growing the clinic
