Crayons is one of India's established integrated advertising and marketing communications companies — creative, media planning, buying, digital, outdoor and events — serving leading corporate, PSU and government clients. We are listed on the NSE.

We are looking for a CA/ MBA with 15+ years of experience to own the business's financial architecture. This role reports directly to the Chairman and works closely with the Board and Audit Committee.

WHAT THE ROLE COVERS

- Standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS

- SEBI (LODR) compliance, quarterly results, and the Regulation 17(8) certification

- Fund-raising across preferential allotments, warrants, debt, and structured instruments

- Working capital in a business where client receivables and media payables are everything

- Internal financial controls, taxation, treasury, and banking relationships

- Building a finance team and an MIS the Board can read

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- CA, MBA Finance, CFA. Law degree will be a plus.

- 15 years' experience, with at least 5 in a CFO or senior finance leadership role

- Mandatory: hands-on listed-company experience

- Command of Ind AS, consolidation and complex revenue recognition

- Experience with government and PSU receivables is a real advantage

- Advertising, media, or services-sector background preferred
