Regulatory Architect 1-2 years

Role Description: We are looking to hire an Jr. Architect in a full-time position based in Mumbai who will will support our regulatory and design teams in ensuring that Architectural proposals comply with local building codes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing regulatory drawings and documents, obtaining remarks from authorities, coordinating with design architects and engineers, preparing compliance reports, discussing drawings with approving authorities like MCGM, CIDCO, MSRTC, TMC, etc. This position is well suited for candidates with 1-2 years of experience seeking to deepen their knowledge in regulatory aspects of architecture within complex, multi-sector projects.
