This role is ideal for someone with experience managing packaging projects from concept through production while partnering closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure timelines, quality standards, and launch objectives are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple packaging programs simultaneously is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage packaging and product development projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring milestones and launch timelines are met. Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative, Brand Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams throughout the development process. Coordinate packaging artwork, structural packaging, dielines, specifications, and production files with internal teams and external vendors. Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies while proactively communicating status updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with domestic and international packaging suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, cost, and production requirements are achieved. Review packaging specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and component documentation for accuracy. Manage packaging samples, prototype reviews, testing, approvals, and revisions throughout development. Support packaging innovation by researching new materials, sustainability initiatives, and manufacturing capabilities. Maintain project documentation, product data, and packaging records within internal systems. Help identify process improvements to streamline packaging development and execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in packaging project management, packaging development, or product development. Beauty, cosmetics, CPG, or consumer products experience strongly preferred. Experience managing packaging timelines across multiple product launches. Knowledge of packaging materials, structural packaging, artwork approval processes, and manufacturing workflows.
