In this role, you will ensure safe, effective, and optimal medication management across all dimensions of patient care. </p><p> You will interpret and evaluate medication orders, support clinical decision-making, and perform key pharmacy functions such as order entry, pharmacokinetics, IV-to-PO conversions, and therapeutic interchange . You will also participate in multidisciplinary rounds , provide direct patient care, and contribute to staff education and training.
