Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Job DescriptionManage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files from intake through trial or settlementDraft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement documentsConduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court appearancesMaintain organized, cloud-based case files and ensure deadlines are metCommunicate effectively with clients, medical providers, experts, adjusters, and opposing counselUtilize legal research tools and case management software to support litigationCollaborate with colleagues but also work independently with minimal supervision
QualificationsActive NJ Bar license requiredMinimum 2 years of personal injury law experienceCourtroom and deposition experience requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage 75–100 active cases efficientlyExperience with case management software (Needles/Neos preferred) and MS Office 365
