Director of IT and Managed ServicesWhat you’ll do as Director of IT and Managed ServicesYou’ll be the senior IT and managed services leader for some of our most important clients. These businesses rely on us to guide their technology decisions, from cybersecurity and infrastructure planning to budgeting and vendor selection. You won’t be buried in internal infrastructure. You’ll be out front, leading quarterly reviews, creating technology roadmaps, and helping small business owners solve real problems.

Key Responsibilities:Serve as the senior technology lead and primary point of accountability for 15-20 managed services clients (mostly under $20M revenue)Lead IT strategy, roadmap planning, and budgeting for each clientOversee the delivery of managed services, ensuring service quality, responsiveness, and client satisfactionHost quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and build strong relationships with business owners and stakeholdersGuide clients on cloud adoption, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity best practices, and technology upgradesCollaborate with internal MSP support teams to execute IT projects and daily supportIdentify opportunities to reduce risk, improve uptime, and align IT spend with business goals
What we’re looking for10+ years of IT experience, including leadership or consulting roles within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)Strong communication and client management skills, and comfort working directly with owners of SMBsBroad working knowledge xzbcwsv of Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, networking, backup, and cybersecurityExperience helping clients make cost-effective technology decisionsAbility to juggle multiple clients, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced MSP setting
Nice to Have:Experience with ConnectWise, IT Glue, or similar toolsFamiliarity with light compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)Background in technology consulting, technical account management, or project management
