Role: Associate Consultant -Financial Solutions Experience: 4 -7 Years Location: Trivandrum, KeralaSkills: Data Reconciliation, Data Analysis & Data quality checks, Insurance Accounting, Accounting Professional experience Good knowledge in Insurance Accounting Bachelors / Masters Degree preferably in Finance At least 4-6 years of professional experience Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis and data quality checks Solid Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills Good understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams Very high analytical skills Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge Independent and self-organized. High level of perseverance Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint Desirable skills VBA experience is an advantage Experience with SAC (SAP Analytical Cloud), SAP FI and SAP BW for fetching required reports Flare towards process improvements, data quality monitoring and data analysis Familiar with Agile methodologies Overall Objectives of Job Analyse the data models and data harmonization logic Involve in financial data analysis and end to end reconciliations between different financial systems Support financial closing & production processes Contribute in BAU units by providing analysis on the issues reported by the end user (e.g. Accounting, Planning and Actuarial departments) Collaborate with business units, IT teams and Agile Release Trains to improve processes, implement changes and leverage processes related to the finance systems Take part on events cadenced by the SAFe Agile framework like stand-up meetings and SAFE Agile ceremonies | Operations | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Services | Full-Time | Permanent Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
