Supervisory Attorney Advisor

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys Headquarters is located in Washington, DC and Columbia, SC. This position may be assigned to any of the U.S. Attorney's offices across the United States. Final duty location will be determined based on candidate location, workspace availability, and internal approvals. Required Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree (or equivalent), be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least 4 years post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience prosecuting a broad range of criminal cases, including jury trials and complex motions.
• Supervisory or relevant management experience.
