Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Delhi, India, focused on the rubber industry. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote rubber products and solutions to industrial customers. Daily responsibilities include conducting client visits, understanding technical requirements, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and recommending appropriate products and applications. The role involves coordinating with internal technical and production teams, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The Sales Engineer will also prepare quotations, negotiate terms, track sales performance, and maintain accurate documentation in line with company processes.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and technical understanding of rubber materials, applications, and industrial processes.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills for managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and supporting customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to diagnose application issues, provide product recommendations, and assist with implementation.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting technical information clearly, collaborating with internal teams, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications - diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) are essential.
• 1-2 years experience in the rubber industry or industrial manufacturing, familiarity with B2B sales cycles, and proficiency with basic office and CRM tools are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage priorities independently while meeting deadlines.
