Job Description/Roles Adjust and optimize machining programs for improving quality, lowering cost and for reducing machining time Read drawings and 3D models provided and prepare CNC programs for various types of machines (Vertical, Horizontal and 5 axis type) Use CAM programming software for preparing CNC programs for Dies and elements of dies (Sheet metal progressive dies) Prepare all types of necessary tool paths using CAM software (2D milling, 3D milling, multi-axis milling and plate machining) considering materials of parts Drive and ensure delivering CAM programs as per machining schedules Understand and guide juniors when necessary while providing CAM programs for special machining requirements Understand machining parameters, machine shop standards, requirements and incorporate int
