Software Engineer - 2 ( Contingent) Good Communication Skills International Call Center Background. Technical Skills: MS Office 365 Suite. Basic WAN/LAN Troubleshooting. Basic VPN Configuration. BitLocker ServiceNow. Have them prepare speaking for a topic for 1-1.5 mins to gauge their communication skills and flow of thought. Rotational Shift Mandatory. 5 days work from office. Should be open to Saturday or Sunday work
