Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist for Lahore, offering a hybrid work schedule (evening shift 6PM–10PM) and 3+ years’ experience. You will plan, launch, and manage UA campaigns for mobile games across Google Ads, Mintegral, and AppLovin, tracking CPI/ROAS/LTV and optimizing creatives and audiences to scale profitable campaigns.

Candidates should be data-driven, able to report insights, and collaborate with the creative team on new ad concepts.
