Leading the coordination of analytics and process functions, the full-time Risk Adjustment Operations Manager will manage operational activities, provide reporting and business insights, and support special projects in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Gather and organize the status of operational activities across the risk adjustment department Participate in or lead internal or external project workgroups and presentations Provide regular reporting on operations and analytics functions, delivering actionable insights to leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree Minimum of six (6) years of experience, including at least four (4) years in a project support or analysis role People management experience is required Detailed knowledge of risk adjustment and health plan operations Familiarity with project management methodologies and healthcare management programs
