This role is built for sharp, competitive, sports-minded individuals who want to apply real communication and public relations skills in a fast-paced, face-to-face live events environment — not behind a screen.You played sports. You know what it takes to show up prepared, outwork the competition, and perform under pressure. We want that same energy at our events every single day.What You Will DoRepresent Elite Exposure and our charity partners at live pop-up events and community activations throughout IndianapolisDevelop and deliver consistent, on-brand public relations messaging directly to consumers face-to-faceBuild and maintain positive relationships with community members, donors, and nonprofit partners at every eventSupport pre- and post-event communications to maximize community engagement and campaign awarenessTrack event performance metrics, public response, and campaign results and report findings to leadershipCollaborate with senior team members to refine messaging strategy and improve event outcomesGrow into a senior PR or leadership role based on your performance and resultsWhat We Are Looking ForDegree or current enrollment in Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — preferred not requiredA competitive, sports-minded mindset — you show up prepared, perform under pressure, and hate losingExceptional verbal communication skills — you adapt your message to any audience with confidenceSelf-motivated, coachable, and driven by results — both individual and teamComfortable working in a fast-paced in-person field environment at live events throughout IndianapolisReliable transportation for daily travel to event locations across IndianapolisMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesWhat You Will Earn$800–$1,200 per week based on performance, paid every weekPerformance bonuses on top of weekly earningsFull paid training from day oneClear path to senior PR and leadership roles — we promote from withinWeekly earnings range from $800 to $1,200 based on performance and experience.
