The RoleWe are hiring Project Managers at multiple experience levels across our Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection divisions. Whether you are an experienced PM ready for larger, more complex work or an emerging PM looking for your next step, you will manage commercial projects from planning through completion.
ResponsibilitiesManage commercial projects from roughly $250K to $25M, typically 2–4 at a timeCoordinate field teams of 1 to 40 workersOversee schedules, budgets, documentation, subcontractors, and overall executionPartner with field leadership, clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teamsProactively address schedule, cost, and coordination issuesDeliver projects safely, accurately, on time, and within budget
QualificationsProject management experience xzbcwsv in mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, or fire protectionSolid understanding of commercial construction and coordination with field operationsAbility to balance multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsSubcontractor management experience strongly preferredHealthcare, data center, tenant improvement, or ground-up experience is a plus
