Position: Project Manager (Commercial Interior Design Execution) Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial constraints. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to procure materials, furniture, and accessories. Oversee the installation and implementation of design plans, ensuring quality and accuracy. Conduct site visits to assess project progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide solutions as needed. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any questions or concerns. Maintain thorough documentation of project details, including contracts, invoices, and change orders. Keep abreast of industry trends, products, and best practices to continually improve project outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in Commercial interior design project management & supervision. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Proficiency in project management software and tools (Autocad , Sketchup). Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
