Associates Nursing or College Diploma Nursing. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Completion of first semester of Registered Nurse (RN) education program or Documented military training and Basic Life Support (BLS) Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $35.22 - $35.22 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. - Medical/Surgical: Cardiac-Surgery, Cardio-Pulmonary, Oncology, Orthopedics, Advanced Care, Medical-Surgical, Observation, and Clinical Decision Unit with expanded opportunities in Home Care and Hospice

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Completion of first semester of Registered Nurse (RN) education program or Documented military training and Basic Life Support (BLS) Responsibilities
- Assists with the maintenance of unit supplies to ensure the smooth function of the unit, including stocking nurse servers, cleaning instruments and equipment, ordering supplies, and making up charts.
- Collects data on assigned patients as directed by Registered Nurse (RN) and ensures accurate documentation.
- Demonstrates competency in selected psychomotor skills as outlined in the skills checklist including: measurement of vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, and measuring and recording intake and output.
- Performs or assists patients with the activities of daily living. Prepares patients for transportation and/or transport.
- Demonstrates competency in skills outlined in competency modules including: measurement of vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, and measuring and recording intake and output.
- Performs or assists patients with activities of daily living.
- As directed by the registered nurse, collects and documents data accurately and timely.
- Stocks nurse servers, orders supplies, and other tasks associated with unit maintenance and day to day operation.
- Completes all mandatory training and competency modules.
