MEPF Construction Superintendent

The MEPF Superintendent is responsible to support the General or Senior Superintendent in overseeing the MEPF areas of a construction project through technical expertise in the key areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection. This position may coordinate and schedule multiple construction crews, determines construction requirements, plans procedures and ensures subcontract work meets required specifications. The position will manage the inspection of work and equipment to verify quality, safety and commissioning of MEPF project operations. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily field operational objectives, timelines, and goals. Monitor the overall progress of a project and work site, review processes and practices within teams to ensure consistency, efficiency and
