Roles & responsibilities:
- Improved WTG availability above 97% through effective breakdown management and preventive maintenance.
- Worked on breakdown reduction projects to minimize turbine downtime.
- Conducted root cause analysis (RCA) and resolved recurring turbine faults.
- Contributed to achieving MTBF targets (120+ hours) through reliability improvement initiatives.
- Supported SCADA and communication network uptime to ensure continuous turbine monitoring.
- Participated in safety improvement projects , contributing towards zero accidents and zero fatalities.
- Executed predictive and preventive maintenance activities to enhance turbine performance and reliability.
- Assisted in operational excellence initiatives focused on improving generation and machine efficiency.
