Role Description:

THIS IS A JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER ROLE.

Will primarily work on performance marketing creatives for social media and digital advertising, creating static ads, campaign creatives, and multiple visual variations and adaptations across formats and placements. The role involves translating campaign objectives into engaging, conversion-focused visuals, experimenting with layouts, typography, imagery, and hooks, and iterating on creatives based on feedback and performance insights. You’ll work closely with the performance marketing, creative, and senior design teams to develop, resize, and adapt creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels, while contributing to creative ideation and maintaining consistency across campaigns.

This is a full-time, onsite and hybrid role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with the studio and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar).
• Foundational understanding of digital design for performance creatives.
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work within brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and communication.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Knowledge about AI image generation and prompting.
