Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
• Assist the team in enhancing customer service processes and quality
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Patient, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 26,000 - 38,000 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week
