Using proprietary algorithms and machine learning, the platform identifies learners’ strengths and aligns them with suitable career paths and emerging job trends. Aligned with the World Economic Forum’s Education 4.0 framework, Career-9 provides insights into cognitive abilities, personality traits, and essential future skills to support informed career decisions. Its iterative, grade-wise diagnostics offer a more reliable alternative to one-time psychometric tests, continuously refining recommendations. The platform is built on extensive research and collaboration with experts in psychology, career counseling, and industry, ensuring that guidance evolves with the job market.

Role Description : THIS ROLE IS BASED IN GONDIA (MAHARASHTRA). APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED TO MOVE TO GONDIA. The Career Counsellor will support students in understanding their strengths, exploring career options, and interpreting AI-generated diagnostic reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, explaining assessment outcomes in accessible language, and guiding learners and families through educational and career planning. The role involves collaborating with educators and internal teams to refine counseling processes, providing feedback on platform insights, and contributing to workshops or orientation programs. This is a contract, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular interaction with students, guardians, and school partners.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Communication.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Career Development and Career Management to support long-term planning and progression.
  • Relevant academic background in psychology, education, counseling, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with school-aged learners, preferably in grades 6–12.
  • Ability to interpret assessment data and present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with technology-driven tools and AI-based platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered approach.
  • Professional certifications in career counseling or guidance are an advantage.
  • language proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
