Key Responsibilities Academic Responsibilities Teach PGDM courses in Finance and allied management subjects. Prepare lesson plans, course files, teaching materials, case studies, and presentations. Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical sessions using modern pedagogical techniques. Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, projects, mid-term and end-term examinations. Maintain academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and student performance data. Ensure timely completion of syllabus as per academic calendar.
