Job Description:

  • 10 years of post-qualification experience in managing finance & accounts
  • Thorough knowledge of Accounting & Auditing Standards
  • Sound knowledge of various statutory compliances
  • Ability to liaison with Statutory authorities for compliance related matters
  • Skills in budgeting and forecasting
  • Preparation of MIS reports
  • Knowledge of SEZ & RBI compliance
  • To be conversant in Quick Book and Xero
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge on US compliances
  • Ability to work independently and manage team
  • Knowledge of Consolidation process as per AS-21
  • Corporate exposure

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, preparing financial forecasts, financial planning and managing cash & fund flow.
  • This role will be overseeing the general internal financial control within the organization. Additionally, this will include monitoring and managing the financial transactions and compliances of subsidiaries abroad.

The job encompasses the following major functions:

  • Organization wide Finance & Account Management capability mainly US subsidiary
  • Monitor the regulatory changes and keep the appropriate function updated
  • Ensure zero deviation on statutory compliances
  • Review and monitor the financial transactions of subsidiaries
  • Formulating annual budgets
  • Conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
  • To ensure integrity, risk awareness and compliance to financial requirements
  • Enable the management to make sound business decisions and meet the company's objectives.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Effective cash flow management with timely receivable collections
  • Ensuring documentation and supporting are adequate
  • Managing the team and to delegate the work appropriately
  • Monitor project profitability status and take corrective actions, if needed, thereby reducing the risk of loss
  • People management
  • Provide supportive leadership
  • Motivating and directing team members as they work.
  • Effectively communicating & monitoring current activities and policies.
  • Relationship management
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stake holders.
  • Ensure that the relationship between the Company and its key external stakeholders is positive and constructive.
