This is an opportunity to play a foundational role in our vision and growth.   Position Overview  We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to manage personal injury cases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work. This position is a hybrid work from home position.    Key Responsibilities  Manage most aspects of personal injury cases, from case opening to settlement or transfer to litigation. xzbcwsv This includes client contact, drafting correspondence, summarizing medical records, etc. Average case load is between 90 -120 cases.  Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of personal injury experience  Strong preference for fluency in Spanish  Strong knowledge of pre-litigation processes and procedures Experience summarizing medical records and demand drafting Excellent organizational and time-management skills  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously  High attention to detail and accuracy    Compensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)  Employer sponsored health insurance, and access to group dental and vision insurance  Unlimited PTO 401(k) with employer matching   If you’re looking for ownership, growth, and the opportunity to help build something meaningful, we want to hear from you.  If interested, please reach out and email a resume to
