Experience

2–4 years of BPO/Contact Centre experience Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader Personal Loans / Insurance Sales experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives. Drive daily/monthly sales and revenue targets. Monitor and improve Conversion, Productivity, CSAT & AHT . Manage Shrinkage, Attrition, Attendance & Adherence . Conduct coaching, feedback, huddles, and performance reviews. Handle escalations and ensure process & compliance adherence. Prepare and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

Strong sales and people-management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Target-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Excel/MIS reporting

Relevant experience in Personal Loans / Insurance Sales is mandatory.
