Role Description The Associate Program Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Sohna Road, Gurgaon. This role involves coordinating and managing programs, including scheduling classes, overseeing student experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Associate Program Manager will collaborate with teachers and volunteers to support curriculum delivery, track learner progress, and address student queries.

Responsibilities also include gathering feedback, preparing basic reports on program performance, and assisting in organizing events, workshops, and outreach activities. The role requires close communication with internal teams to maintain high-quality learning experiences and continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage schedules, tasks, and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and volunteers.
• Basic understanding of programming or technology education and an interest in helping learners succeed.
• Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, online collaboration platforms).
• Ability to analyze feedback and simple data to support program improvements and reporting.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in education, management, or technology is an advantage.
• Previous experience in program coordination, education management, or community initiatives is beneficial.
