Role Description The Assistant Manager – Audit & Taxation will be responsible for managing and executing audit and taxation assignments, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial statements, performing analytical procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and supporting statutory and internal audit processes. The role involves supervising junior team members, coordinating with clients to obtain information, resolving queries, and presenting clear findings and recommendations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular interaction with the audit and tax team as well as client stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with a solid understanding of relevant standards and regulations.
• Candidates should possess experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Candidates should possess hands-on exposure to Financial Audits, including audit planning, execution, working papers, and final reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify variances, and provide insights for audit and tax matters.
• Professional qualification such as CA (or pursuing CA final stage) is preferred; equivalent accounting or finance degrees will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, compliance, and filing processes is beneficial.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, along with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, is expected.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in an on-site environment are essential.
