Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistanceRespond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information regarding products and servicesDeliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communicationMaintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes and proceduresCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet customer satisfaction and service level goalsDemonstrate adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced call center environmentAssist customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessaryMaintain a positive attitude and consistently provide high-quality customer service

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or hospitality environmentDemonstrated job stability, ideally with at least one year of tenure in previous positionsExcellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skillsStrong phone presence with a friendly, professional, and personable demeanorAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentDependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer serviceFlexibility to work scheduled shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PMComfortable working in a hybrid environment
