We’re Hiring: Telecaller – Meghna Jewellers
Meghna Jewellers is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call leads and potential customers interested in jewellery.
- Explain current jewellery collections, offers and store details.
- Follow up with leads regularly.
- Encourage customers to visit our Nerul & Vashi stores .
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team for interested customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in jewellery or retail sales will be an advantage.
