The Roethlisberger Life Group is looking for inside sales professionals who thrive in structured, conversation-based selling environments. If you're at your best in phone and video consultations — and you're tired of generating your own leads — this is built for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fully virtual inside sales role. All client interactions happen over the phone or video. Leads are provided. The process is proven. You show up, run the call, and help families find the right coverage.

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES

→ Warm outbound calls with clients who have requested information

→ Structured consultative sales conversations — phone and video only

→ No cold calling, no door knocking, no prospecting from scratch

→ No inventory, no territory limits

→ 100% remote with flexible scheduling

→ Performance-based compensation (1099)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ Inside sales or phone-based sales experience

→ Confident, professional communicator

→ Comfortable with a structured call process

→ Self-motivated and accountable in a remote environment

→ Ability to obtain a state insurance license (guidance provided — ~7-10 days online)
