Role summar We are seeking organized, service-driven individuals to join our remote team as Customer Experience Solutions Specialists. In this role, you will help clients navigate vacation-planning needs by researching available options, coordinating requested services, and providing responsive support throughout the process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, finding practical solutions, managing details, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Requirements

Learn about client travel preferences, destination interests, dates, budgets, and special requests.
Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
Help clients compare suitable options and coordinate selected services through approved supplier resources.
Organize booking details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
Provide updates, answer routine questions, follow up on pending items, and assist with standard changes or concerns.
Maintain accurate client information and continue developing supplier and destination knowledge.
