About Our Client Our client is a well-established and financially strong commercial construction firm with nearly two decades of success delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, higher education, and premium interior environments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare and Class A interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Job Description Manage multiple healthcare and Class A interior construction projects simultaneously Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and change management Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements, particularly within occupied healthcare environments Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities Drive successful project closeout, documentation, and turnover processes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience managing healthcare construction and/or Class A interior projects Background with commercial general contractors delivering projects ranging from several million dollars to large-scale ground-up developments Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration Experience leading projects in active or occupied healthcare environments is highly preferred Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred What's on Offer Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000+ Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Long-term career growth with a respected and expanding contractor Opportunity to work on healthcare renovations, healthcare ground-up projects, and high-end interior developments Collaborative culture with an established team and strong backlog of work Interested?
