Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales
Officers. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers, generating leads, and
driving sales through face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

 Approaching potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.
 Conducting meetings and presentations to explain product offerings.
 Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
 Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
 Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 Keeping records of sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements:
 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
 Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
 Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person.
 Must have Driving Licence and a two-wheeler.
