We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM configuration, functional support, CRM Sales, Service & Marketing processes, and integrations.

• SAP CRM Functional Configuration & Support
• CRM Sales, Service & Marketing
• SAP CRM Middleware
• Integration with SAP ECC / S/4 HANA
• SAP CRM Web UI & Business Roles
• Requirement Gathering & Functional Specifications
• Testing, Defect Resolution & Production Support
• Business Process & Solution Design
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support SAP CRM functional modules
• Handle CRM Sales, Service and Marketing business scenarios
• Manage CRM Middleware and SAP ECC/S/4 HANA integrations
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Perform testing, issue resolution and end-user support
• Configure CRM Web UI and business roles
• Collaborate with business and technical teams
