We are happy to inform you that KL University having an immediate requirement for Head for ET Facilities (Education Technology Head)

Job Summary

The Head – ET & Facilities will be responsible for managing and maintaining the University's Educational Technology infrastructure, AV facilities, surveillance systems, and technical support operations. The role ensures smooth functioning of EPABX, CCTV, digital signage, seminar halls, media services, and other ET facilities across the campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain EPABX systems , including regular monitoring, updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Oversee CCTV surveillance infrastructure , including camera installation, NVRs, HDDs, network switches, and cabling.
• Ensure maintenance and smooth operation of digital signage, LED displays, interactive displays, and monitoring systems .
• Manage ET equipment inventory and maintenance of microphones, studio equipment, projectors, Wacom displays, and AV systems .
• Oversee technical operations of seminar halls, auditoriums, and event spaces in coordination with AV operators.
• Supervise the Media Team (photographers and videographers) and ensure timely delivery of recorded content to concerned departments.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation, servicing, AMC, and upgrades of ET infrastructure.
• Lead the ET support team and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ET, AV systems, CCTV, EPABX, and technical facility management.
• Experience in managing institutional technology infrastructure and technical teams preferred.
