Attorney — Insurance Defense

Manage insurance defense litigation cases from inception through resolution, including automobile liability matters under New Jersey law.Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, memoranda, reports, and other legal documents.Conduct and defend depositions, manage motion practice, and represent clients in court appearances.Participate in arbitrations and mediations and prepare cases for trial.Conduct legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments, demonstrating strong written and oral advocacy skills.Maintain effective relationships with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and corporate clients while independently managing litigation matters. xzbcwsv Education & Experience: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, active New Jersey law license, and 3–8 years of insurance defense litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
