We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Mutual Fund Operations , Fund Accounting , and Transaction Reconciliation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate NAV computation , fund accounting , cash & position reconciliation , financial reporting , and compliance with SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and verify daily NAV calculations , valuation, expense accruals, and fund accounting activities.
• Manage cash, position, and investor transaction reconciliations , including subscriptions, redemptions, dividends, commissions, and scheme accounts.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and review scheme financial statements , expense ratios, and portfolio reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI , AMFI , and internal regulatory guidelines while maintaining complete audit documentation.
• Coordinate with Fund Accountants, Custodians, RTAs, Banks, Auditors, and Payment Partners for seamless operations.
• Support statutory and internal audits and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
• Monitor management fees, administrative expenses, and other scheme-level financial transactions.

Ideal Candidate

• Chartered Accountant ( CA Mandatory )
• 3-5 years of experience in Mutual Fund Operations , Fund Accounting , NAV Calculation , or Reconciliation
• Strong understanding of Mutual Fund Accounting , SEBI Regulations , Financial Reporting , and Scheme Accounting
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
